registerForInstallationId

API to register for a Firebase Installation Id. Call this API only if you are delaying the SDK initialisation else this is not required.

Note: If the application has opted out of registration this API will not register an installation id. Requires firebase_messaging_installation_id_enabled manifest metadata.
